Chẹn Beta có lắm chỉ định nhưng cần nhớ 2 câu thơ sau để nhớ các chống chỉ định của nó:
Tim chậm - Phổi thắt - Mạch co
Suy tim - Bờ-lock - vành co - Không dùng.
Nhìn hình các bạn có thể thấy cẩn trọng giảm liều hoặc không dùng ở BN nhịp chậm, block nhĩ thất, ĐTN do co thắt vành, suy tim không ổn định, bệnh hen...
Cách sử dụng chẹn beta trong tăng huyết áp, rung nhĩ và suy tim:
Về chỉ định chẹn beta
Trước khi sử dụng thì ta hãy cùng
Tăng huyết áp hạn chế dùng
Trừ khi có bệnh đi cùng sau đây:
Bệnh mạch vành dùng rất hay
Nhịp nhanh, rung nhĩ cho ngay đừng chờ
Suy tim dùng chớ nghi ngờ!!
Tuy nhiên phải nhớ sờ sờ như sau:
Suy tim ổn định dùng mau
Suy tim không ổn thì thôi không dùng smile emoticon
Bị hen thì phải ngại ngùng
Raynaud hội chứng mà dùng chết toi
Nhịp chậm liều giảm hẳn hoi

p.s: Hội chứng Raynaud là hội chứng co mạch ngoại vi, chẹn beta gây co mạch nên là chống chỉ định tuyệt đối

Block cao độ cấm vào!!
Suy tim cân nhắc loại nào cho hay.
Suy thận thì rất là hay
Dùng ngay chẳng phải mảy may giảm liều.
p.s: Thuốc chẹn kênh calci là loại thuốc rất phổ biến vì an toàn, dễ sử dụng vì không gây tác dụng phụ nguy hiểm, giá thành lại không cao! Các thuốc hay gặp như Amlor, Nifedipine trong tăng huyết áp đặc biệt tốt ở người già (>80 tuổi), Verapamil dùng để điều trị loạn nhịp trên thất như nhịp nhanh xoang hay ngoại tâm thu nhĩ, tăng áp phổi thì chẹn kênh calci được khuyến cáo là Nifedipine...Tuy nhiên phải cân nhắc khi bệnh nhân suy tim vì các thuốc thuộc nhóm Non-DHP làm giảm co bóp cơ tim. Còn trong xuất huyết dưới nhện gây co thắt mạch não thì ta phải sử dụng Nimotop thật đúng nguyên tắc.
